Apply Visa on Arrival

4 steps to get a visa at the airport:

  Step 1: Fill out the online application form

  Please enter your information into online form to process Vietnam visa on arrival (VOA) to Vietnam at the link: Apply for a Vietnam visa
  In this step, you are required to enter the exact personal information of the applicant(s).

  Step 2: Confirm and pay for service fee

  Please double check your information to make sure that all of it is correct. In addition, select our extra services if you need them, please. Then choose the payment method and fill in the secure payment page for our visa service fee and extra services (if any).

  Step 3: Get approval letter & instructions

  After settling the payment, please check your email from us for your confirmed information, and we will let you know when you will have your visa approval letter.

  • Get the visa approval letter within 1-8 working hours for urgent service.
  • Get the visa approval letter within 24-48 working hours for normal service.
  • Get visa approval letter via email (attached with entry and exit form)
  • Print out the letter and the entry and exit form
  • Fill out the entry and exit form
  • Prepare 2 passport sized photos and an amount of USD for stamping fee ($25 for 1 or 3 month single entry visa and $50 for 1 or 3 multiple entry visa)
  • Put all above mentioned things along with your passport in a package, then show them to Immigration officer at Vietnam arrival airports

  Step 4: Get visa stamped upon arrival

  Upon arrival to Vietnam International Airports (Hanoi, Da Nang or Hochiminh), you present all things in the prepared package (passport, visa approval letter, 2 passport sized photos 4x6cm, the exit and entry form and stamping fee $25 us dollas or 3 month single entry visa and $50 for 1 or 3 multiple entry visa) to the Immigration officer to get your visa stamp.
